The Interaction Design Association is committed to creating an event that is inclusive and welcoming to all attendees.

MiCo, our main conference venue

MiCo - Milan Convention Centre will host Interaction20. The interior spaces have been renovated many times, most recently in 2012, with the goal of eliminating all architectural barriers. Thanks to the many elevators, escalators and ramps the exhibition spaces and meeting rooms can be accessed without any impediment.

General Notes

• All main conference talks and keynote presentations will have live captioning in English.
• The bathrooms in MiCo are accessible.
• Water is going to be available during the whole event, with glass bottles spread around the venue.
• All the venues are heated.
• Security at the locations is trained for emergencies and first aid.

Our preferred hotel has accessible facilities and rooms available, as well as ramp access at the entrance. More information is available on the hotel's website.
