Get out of the main conference venue, and explore what Milan has to offer, through a series of curated tours and dinners.
Milan is a city rich with design, and with opportunities to gather together and socialize. We want to give you the chance to be part of it! We organized some events to help you explore the city, its design riches and its food delights. Participants to Interaction Week 2020 joined us for Community Dinners in iconic restaurants, as well as Studio Tours - to explore some of the most interesting design studios in Milan.
Not only! For those who stayed after the conference, we partnered with Circolo del Design, for some post-conference tours of Turin to have a taste of its design and food excellences.
All Interaction Week 2020 Satellite Events are only open to attendees with a ticket for the Main Conference. Names will be verified upon registration and badges will be checked upon arrival.
WED, 5 FEBRUARY
Community Dinners
This was the chance to have dinner with an Interaction 20 Speaker and enjoy some of Milan's best restaurants. Restaurants included the many ways to experience Milan's culinary scene – trendy hot spots, neighbourhood trattorias, pizzerias, cocktail lounges and even a restored 17th century farmhouse.

Studio Tours
A great way to get a taste of the Milan design scene! We’ve asked a bunch of the most interesting design studios to open their doors for one night. It was a great occasion to spend the evening exploring the local design scene on a self-guided walking tour on Thursday 6 February 2020, from 7pm to 10pm.

Extra: Turin Design Tours
For those who had a spare day after the conference ends, and wanted to explore some more, we got them covered: we partnered with Turin’s Circolo del Design give them the chance to have a taste of Turin’s design and food excellences.
