Transforming your organization with the Business Value of Design

Matteo Barbero, Melissa Dalrymple & Ruth Tupe

Hosted by McKinsey Design

Learn how to measure your company's design performance, how it links to financial performance and drives change in your organization

As designers, we know the potential for design-driven growth is enormous, but for years its been difficult to prove, let alone measure. McKinsey's Business Value of Design identifies design’s worth and links specific design actions with increased financial performance.

During this workshop, we will deep dive the research, you will take the McKinsey Design Index (MDI) quiz to see how your team and organization stacks up, we'll share global best practices we've observed to unlock the right design actions, and ideate together on how to drive the value of design in your organizations. We'll give you a sneak peak of the next phase of this research focused on Design & Leadership, which will officially launch mid-February. The business value of design opens the design dialogue to discuss how it’s measured and effectively embedded in organizations.

Workshop tickets are sold separately from other conference events.
