Digital economy, youth, and women empowerment

Awa Caba is a co-founder and CEO of Soreetul, the first digital platform that promotes and distributes agricultural products processed by women in Senegal.

With her degree in computer science at the Polytechnique School in Senegal and her certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Iowa in United States, Awa changed up to 2500 rural women lives by giving them new opportunities to access to the market, rebrand their agricultural processed product and improve their income.

Awa participates in the financial empowerment of youth, women and promotes the impulse of the digital economy around agro-business in Senegal.
